Terms agreed at the outset
Development and tooling fees are quoted and paid upfront. For eligible projects, we agree a cumulative purchase quantity at the outset. Purchases count toward that threshold across eligible orders, and the agreed development/tooling fee is credited in full when that quantity is reached.
The threshold, eligible products and credit application are recorded in the project agreement. The first order does not automatically trigger a credit; several qualifying orders can accumulate. There is no universal threshold, fixed tooling cost, expiry period or cash refund.
Customer design protection
Your project remains your project.
Customer-specific designs, drawings and project tooling are used only for the agreed project. We do not offer your unique design to other customers or markets without your written permission.
These commitments are documented with you and communicated to participating manufacturing partners. A tooling credit does not remove design protection.
